Bun'S Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 c. pumpkin
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 small can Pet milk
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
  2. Cook in top of double boiler until thick.
  3. Pour into baked pastry shell.
  4. Serve with whipped cream.
