Buttered Coconut Pie

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix sugar and butter.
- Sift into this mixture the salt and flour.
- Add eggs and blend.
- While blending, add water and vanilla and coconut.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 35 minutes on middle rack.
- Lower rack to lowest point and bake additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
