Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. peach gelatin
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Heat the crushed pineapple and its juice until hot, but not boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and add the dry peach gelatin; stir until dissolved.
  3. Stir in the buttermilk until well combined.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip until evenly mixed.
  5. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch dish and refrigerate until set and congealed.
