Butterscotch Lunchbox Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (3 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (10 -11 ounce) packahe butterscotch chips
  • 12 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. in a large saucepan, combine milk and pudding mix.
  2. bring to a boil, over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. remove from the heat.
  4. stir in the cake mix.
  5. ( batter will be lumpy).
  6. pour into a greased 13 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking pan.
  7. sprinkle with butterscotch chips and nuts.
  8. bake at 350 degrees, for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  9. cool cake on a wire rack.
