Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup Miracle Whip
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 3 bananas, mashed

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, Miracle Whip, oil, and vanilla at medium speed until light and fluffy.
  2. Add dry ingredients alternately with crushed pineapple and mashed bananas, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350°F.
  5. Cool the cake and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
