Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 6 green onions
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles
  • 3 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 pkg. Longhorn Cheddar

Instructions

  1. Chop green onions and mix with sour cream and cream cheese. Set aside.
  2. Brown ground chuck; drain.
  3. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sugar to the beef.
  4. Simmer the mixture while cooking the egg noodles.
