Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. hamburger
  • 3 c. chopped cabbage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 2 c. tomato sauce
  • 2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger with onion.
  2. Add tomato sauce and seasonings and bring to a boil.
  3. Spray casserole with Pam.
  4. Put cabbage in casserole and pour hot meat mixture over it.
  5. Cover and bake in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Take out and sprinkle cheese on top. Return to oven to melt cheese.
  7. Cool and cut into servings.
