Cabbage And Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 1/4 cup yellow sweet onion
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat skillet over medium heat and add oil.
  2. Thinly slice onions and cabbage.
  3. Once hot add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionaly.
  5. Turn heat to medium low and cook till carmalized, about 10 minute Stir constantly so that it does not burn.
  6. Serve hot.
