Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
  • 1 to 1.5 lb ground meat
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground meat, chopped onion, and chopped bell pepper until done.
  2. Pour off excess grease.
  3. In a large pan, cook chopped cabbage and stewed tomatoes until tender.
  4. Combine cooked meat mixture with cabbage and tomatoes.
  5. Add Cheddar cheese soup and stir well.
  6. Cook slowly for an hour or more, stirring frequently.
