Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butter a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  4. Cover and blend at low speed for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie pan.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  7. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until set.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
