Ingredients

  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • butter
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Slice cabbage.
  2. Cook in salted water for 5 minutes.
  3. Butter sides and base of casserole dish.
  4. Put cabbage and 2 tablespoons butter in dish.
  5. Add sugar, vinegar and sour cream.
  6. Mix lightly. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
