- Slice cabbage.
- Cook in salted water for 5 minutes.
- Butter sides and base of casserole dish.
- Put cabbage and 2 tablespoons butter in dish.
- Add sugar, vinegar and sour cream.
- Mix lightly. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
