Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups (Real) Mayonnaise
  • 1 whole Ripe Avocado
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • Olive Oil And/or Water (optional)

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a food processor or small food chopper, place mayonnaise, avocado, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Stream in oil or water to get desired consistency. Toss with caesar salad (romaine lettuce, bacon, Parmesan cheese and croutons) and serve.
