Ingredients

  • 1 peeled clove garlic
  • 2 bunched heads romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. croutons
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Rub the inside of the salad bowl with the garlic clove.
  2. Tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
  3. Add to salad bowl.
  4. Break egg onto lettuce and toss.
  5. Add lemon juice and toss again.
