Ingredients

  • 4 lb. pork back ribs
  • 3 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine all seasoning ingredients together well and dust all surfaces of ribs with mixture.
  2. Prepare medium-hot coals in covered grill, banking coals when hot.
  3. Grill ribs over indirect heat 1 to 1 1/2 hours, turning every 15 minutes.
