Cajun Baked Haddock

Ingredients

  • 3/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 lb. haddock fillets
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450°.
  2. Combine Cajun seasoning, garlic powder and paprika in a shallow dish.
  3. Spread oil over haddock, then roll in spices until evenly coated.
  4. Place fish in a baking dish.
  5. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or when fish is flaky and tender.
  6. Serves 6.
