Cajun Baked Haddock

Instructions
- Heat oven to 450°.
- Combine Cajun seasoning, garlic powder and paprika in a shallow dish.
- Spread oil over haddock, then roll in spices until evenly coated.
- Place fish in a baking dish.
- Bake at 450° for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or when fish is flaky and tender.
- Serves 6.
