- Place the fillets in a 2-quart or 10-inch microwave dish.
- Brush the fillets with skim milk.
- Combine paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, red pepper, white pepper, and black pepper, then pat this mixture onto the fish.
- Cover the dish with wax paper and microwave on High (100%) for 3 minutes.
- Rearrange the fillets and top each with a slice of lime.
- Cover again and microwave for an additional 1 1/2 to 3 minutes on High or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
