Fun and adorable cake 'n cups are mini ice cream cone-shaped treats with cake and frosting, perfect for kids' parties or special gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 9 oz. cake mix
  • frosting
  • 12 ice cream cones
  • cake decorations

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare cake batter as directed on the package.
  3. Pour approximately 3 tablespoons of batter into each ice cream cone.
  4. Set the cones on a baking pan or into muffin tins.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until the cakes are done and a toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 15 minutes.
  6. Allow the cakes to cool completely.
  7. Mound frosting on top of each cake to resemble a scoop of ice cream.
  8. Decorate the frosting with cake decorations.
  9. Serve immediately or store in a cool place until ready to serve.
