Ingredients

  • 16 oz. sliced potatoes
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • bacon
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon and drain on paper towel. Fry potatoes, onion and green pepper in excess bacon grease. When potatoes are ready, add eggs and spices. Cook until eggs are done. Sprinkle bacon on top and serve.
