Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, cut small
  • 3 packages Ramen noodles, crushed
  • sliced almonds
  • sesame seeds
  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • seasonings from noodle packet

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chopped cabbage and crushed ramen noodles.
  2. Brown the sliced almonds in salad oil until golden.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the salad oil, sugar, and seasonings from the noodle packet to make the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and noodle mixture, then toss to combine.
  5. Chill the salad overnight before serving.
