- Saute diced pepper, onions and bacon in a large skillet until transparent.
- Add the hamburger and cook until no pink shows. Combine the remaining ingredients and set aside.
- To the hamburger, add 4 cups of diced potatoes and simmer until liquid is evaporated (about 15 minutes).
- Some of the grease from burger can be drained before you add the catsup mixture, if you like.
