Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced cantaloupe
  • 2 cups diced peaches
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 package (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Combine diced cantaloupe, peaches, and sugar in a saucepan and let juice form.
  2. Add drained crushed pineapple to the mixture.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Add lemon Jell-O to the mixture and stir until dissolved.
  5. Boil for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Pour hot jam into jars, seal, and allow to cool.
