Ingredients

  • 2 bunches spinach
  • 1/2 lb. bean sprouts
  • 2 to 3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Clean spinach; break into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add bean sprouts, drained water chestnuts, diced eggs, and crumbled bacon to the bowl.
  3. Toss with dressing just before serving.
