Caramel Cookie Crisp

Ingredients

  • 40 caramels
  • 10 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 c. peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Layer bottom of square dish with 20 caramels.
  2. Flatten with spoon.
  3. Heat in microwave oven until melted.
  4. Break up half of the Oreo cookies and layer on top of caramel layer.
  5. Repeat process with the remaining caramels and Oreos.
  6. Cover with peanut butter layer.
  7. Heat for 10 to 15 seconds and let cool before cutting.
