Ingredients

  • 20 caramels, unwrapped
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. vanilla pudding
  • green and red apple wedges
  • pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Melt the unwrapped caramels and 1 tablespoon of milk in a microwavable dish in the microwave. Cool slightly.
  2. Stir in the vanilla pudding until smooth.
  3. Soak apple wedges in pineapple juice to prevent browning.
  4. Serve the apple wedges with the caramel dip together.
