  • 16 c. popped popcorn
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Instructions

  2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
  3. Boil the mixture, stirring constantly.
  4. Pour the caramel over the popped popcorn and mix until covered.
  5. Lay the coated popcorn out to dry.
