Cardamom Flavored Easter Bread

Instructions
- Mix yeast, sugar, salt, 2 cups of flour and cardamom in a large bowl.
- Heat water and milk to 130°.
- Add flour mixture and eggs; beat until smooth.
- Add remainder of flour and the melted butter.
- Stir by hand until stiff dough forms.
- Let rest under inverted bowl for 15 minutes, then knead for 10 minutes.
- Place in lightly greased bowl and let rise for 1 hour, punch down and let rise for 30 minutes.
