Carob Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. carob powder, sifted
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed
  • 1/4 c. wheat germ

Instructions

  1. Cook carob powder and honey in top of double boiler; stir 10 minutes.
  2. Mix next 5 ingredients together.
  3. Stir both mixtures together in a bowl.
  4. If too stiff, add water.
  5. Form into little balls.
  6. Roll balls in coconut or cracked nuts.
