Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 Tbsp. salt
  • 5 Tbsp. carob powder
  • 4 c. scalded milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. honey

Instructions

  1. Beat honey into egg yolks.
  2. Add salt and carob.
  3. Slowly stir in milk.
  4. In a double boiler, cook mixture over hot, but not boiling water.
  5. Stir constantly until mixture coats a spoon. Cool.
