Ingredients

  • 3 cups figs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages strawberry gelatin

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry figs.
  2. Trim stems and mash the figs.
  3. Combine figs, sugar, and gelatin in a bowl and let mixture stand for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
  4. Bring the mixture to a slow boiling point.
  5. Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour into sterilized containers and seal.
