Ingredients

  • 8 oz. whole chillies
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 to 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Drain chillies and remove seeds.
  2. Rinse well and air dry.
  3. Beat eggs and evaporated milk together.
  4. Layer the prepared chillies and cheese in an oiled 8 x 8-inch pan.
