Ingredients

  • 8 oz. uncooked large elbow macaroni
  • 5 oz. light processed cheese, cubed
  • 1 tsp. taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/3 cup green onions, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in boiling water for 9 minutes, omitting salt and oil. Drain and return to the pan.
  2. Add the cubed processed cheese and taco seasoning to the cooked macaroni.
  3. Stir until the cheese melts and the mixture is well combined.
  4. Stir in the salsa.
  5. Sprinkle with sliced green onions if desired and serve.
