Ingredients

  • 4 cups Pioneer biscuit mix (buttermilk)
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1 cup club soda, Sprite or 7-Up
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix biscuit mix, sour cream, and soda together until well combined.
  2. Pat out the dough on a floured surface until it is about 1 inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into biscuits using a cutter or glass.
  4. Roll the cut biscuits in melted margarine and place in a baking dish.
  5. Bake at 400°F until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
