Ingredients

  • 8 carrots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. 1. cut carrots into 1/4 inch slice on diagonal.
  2. 2. heat skillet over med; add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp cinnamon; cook 30 seconds
  3. 3. add carrots & 1/2 tsp garlic; add 1/4 tsp salt, ocver, cook 5 min.
