Carter Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in skillet.
  2. Place skillet on stove eye on medium heat.
  3. Beat two eggs well.
  4. Add dash of salt and 2 tablespoons milk.
  5. Add 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour in hot skillet.
  7. Do not stir until eggs puff up and appear to be done on bottom side.
  8. Less stirring makes better eggs.
  9. Serve with homemade biscuits only.
