Instructions
- Place 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in skillet.
- Place skillet on stove eye on medium heat.
- Beat two eggs well.
- Add dash of salt and 2 tablespoons milk.
- Add 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese.
- Pour in hot skillet.
- Do not stir until eggs puff up and appear to be done on bottom side.
- Less stirring makes better eggs.
- Serve with homemade biscuits only.
