Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 5 egg whites, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, butter and eggs yolks.
  2. Add salt, nutmeg, vanilla and milk.
  3. Fold in beaten egg whites.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees in unbaked pie shells.
