Ingredients

  • 1 c. raw cashews
  • 2 tsp. arrowroot or cornstarch
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. honey

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for one minute.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  3. Use as a topping the same as you would whipped cream.
