Cashew Fudge

Instructions
- Grease a 9-inch square pan. In a saucepan, melt butter and add brown sugar.
- Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes, stirring until mixture boils.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Gradually add confectioners sugar until the mixture is of fudge consistency. Add nuts. Pour and spread into prepared pan. Let cool.
- Makes about 36 pieces.
