Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crawfish, chicken, shrimp or ground meat
  • 1 3/4 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in rice cooker.
  2. Add everything else; rinse cans with water.
  3. Salt lightly.
  4. Stir together; cover and let cook. When rice cooker cuts off and rice may still feel hard to the taste, add a bit of water and it will finish cooking.
