Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bulk sausage or ground meat
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. macaroni, cooked

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage or ground meat, bell pepper and onion. Add remaining ingredients.
  2. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Cover and bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
  4. This can be doubled for 4 to 6 people.
