Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 Tbsp grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Break the cauliflower into flowerets and cook in very little water until fork-tender.
  2. Mash the cooked cauliflower with a little of the water used for cooking.
  3. Add grated onion, salt, white pepper, and nutmeg to the mashed cauliflower.
  4. Blend in a blender or whip with an electric beater until fluffy.
  5. Put the mixture in a casserole and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
