Ingredients

  • 1 c. margarine (sweet)
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Cream margarine and add honey, flour, salt, and vanilla.
  2. Mix well and add chopped pecans.
  3. Form mixture into small balls.
  4. Place on greased baking sheets.
  5. Bake in a 300° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
  6. Roll the hot cookies in powdered sugar.
  7. Once cool, roll again in powdered sugar.
