Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 (14 ounce) can99% fat free chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Boil cauliflower.
  2. Mash and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
  3. Add chicken broth and bread crumbs which have been mixed with melted butter.
  4. Bake 20 minutes.
