  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings
  • 1 tsp. fennel seed
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. trio Italiano *
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. *May substitute 1/2 cup rotini, 1/2 cup shells and 1/2 cup tube-type
  2. pasta (mostaccioli).
