Ingredients

  • 3 French or sliced bread
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. olive oil or margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°.
  2. Whisk melted butter and seasoning mixture often.
  3. Saturate bread with mixture.
  4. Bake until hard (45 minutes to 1 hour).
