Instructions
- Slice celery into thin diagonal pieces.
- Slice onion into thin rings and place in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine salad oil, sour cream, white wine vinegar, sugar, and paprika.
- Pour the dressing over the sliced vegetables and stir to combine.
- Cover and chill for 1 hour.
- Just before serving, stir the slaw well.
- Arrange in a serving bowl.
- Garnish with parsley sprigs and cherry tomatoes.
