Instructions
- Drain yogurt overnight in cheesecloth placed in colander. Remove yogurt from cheesecloth and drain off water.
- To this add the cucumber (shredded) and also drained off water overnight, salt and pepper, dill, minced garlic and olive oil.
- Mix all well and refrigerate 3 to 6 hours.
- Serve with sesame bread sticks.
