Ingredients

  • 2 cups Wesson oil
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons onion, diced

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except oil in a blender until well mixed.
  2. Remove the blender cap and slowly pour in the oil while blending.
  3. Blend until the dressing becomes creamy and smooth.
  4. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
