- Wash and dry chicken, set aside.
- In saucepan combine soups, water, mushrooms, rice and margarine.
- Heat slowly and stir over moderate heat until thoroughly blended.
- Remove 1 cup mixture, set aside.
- Pour sauce into 9 X 13 baking dish, preferably glass. Place chicken on top.
- Pour reserved cup of sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered at 325° for 2 hours.
- Don't let rice dry out. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
