Chantilly Salad

Instructions
- Drain the fruit cocktail.
- Add enough water to the drained fruit to make 1 cup of liquid.
- Bring the water to a boil and pour it over the jello powder.
- Add water, orange juice, lemon juice, and a dash of salt to the mixture.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator until it becomes syrupy.
- Once syrupy, add the drained fruit and fold in the Cool Whip.
- Serve chilled. Makes approximately 1 1/2 quarts.
