Charcoaled Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. tarragon
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. medium to large shrimp, rinsed (but shells left on)

Instructions

  1. Put shrimp in a mixing bowl and pour marinade over them. Marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Have charcoal cooker hot and put shrimp on, cooking for only 1 or 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Use tongs for turning.
  4. This dish is a fabulous appetizer, but a great main course with a good salad and au gratin potatoes.
